The boys were arrested after they were caught loading household chemicals into plastic bottles outside Frawley Stadium.

A worker at Frawley Stadium noticed the four young men pouring the chemicals into bottles in the stadium’s north parking lot around 5:30 Thursday night. The young men, three 13-year-olds and one 11-year-old, were arrested after a brief chase.

All four young men are charged with possession of an incendiary device. They were released from custody after posting $500 unsecured bond.

The arrests follow an incident at the ballpark Wednesday morning. Someone lobbed several plastic bottles onto the field. The bottles in that incident also contained common household chemicals. Fire Marshal’s Office investigators are still looking into the Wednesday incident and charges are pending against the four young men arrested Thursday.
