Vietnam Veterans unveil Gold Star Memorial
Vietnam Veterans unveil a memorial to Delaware Gold Star Mothers and Families of all generations. The dedication ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Kent County Veterans Park on S. Little Creek Road in Dover. The memorial features a gold star and a quote from Abraham Lincoln.
The Kent County chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America are funding the memorial through the sale of named bricks from both individuals and organizations.
