VIDEO: Planning Commission approves North Philadelphia remapping bills

The Philadelphia City Planning Commission voted to approve to zoning bills for parts of North Philadelphia on Tuesday. The bills, developed as part of the Philadelphia2035 citywide planning process, were introduced on behalf of Council President Darrell Clarke, who represents the 5th District. The bills preserve single-family residential zoning in the neighborhoods and correctively rezone certain parcels.
