Vacationers enjoy the off-season at the shore

Ocean City, N.J. – Beautiful weather greeted off-season vacationers at New Jersey beaches this weekend. Even though the official summer season is over at the resorts people are taking advantage of discounted rentals and fifty percent or more discounts at some boardwalk merchants’ end of season sales.

Some families with non school age children come at this time of year to take advantage of the deals. Others are homeowners who rent their properties for the summer and take back possession after labor day.

Resorts are coming up with more activities to keep tourists coming in ocean city amusement piers and many merchants remain open to capitalize on the tourists. And restaurants that stay open are rewarded with lines of people waiting for food.
