Updated referral draft of the new Zoning Code now available

The Zoning Code Commission published the most recent draft of Philadelphia’s revised zoning code on Thursday afternoon.

The blue-lined version–which includes all the revisions made since the December referral draft of the code in blue type–is available here (note: it’s a YouSendIt link).

The clean version, which integrates all the changes and is thus more readable, is available here (also a YouSendIt link).

The ZCC also posted an updated summary of public comments, which includes a column about the commission’s actions or revisions that respond to those comments, and a revised draft of the zoning map revision plan. Links to all files are posted at www.zoningmatters.org.

At its meeting on Wednesday, February 9, the ZCC is tentatively scheduled to vote on whether to refer the draft to City Council and thus start the legislative process.
