Torresdale man to stand trial for father’s starvation death
Thomas Houck will go to trial for the murder of his 82-year-old father.
Leonard Houck was found dead of starvation last Decemeber in his Kirkwood Street home, and his 80-year-old wife, Doris, was determined to be malnourished.
Thomas Houck was arrested in March following an investigation into his father’s death. Doris Houck now lives with her daughter and son-in-law.
