State flags lowered for former Rep. Fallon

State flags have been lowered in honor of former State Rep. Tina Fallon, who died at the age of 93.

Fallon served in the State House for 28 years, representing the Seaford area from 1978 until 2006. The man who replaced her in the House, State Rep. Dan Short (R-Seaford) says Fallon was an institution. “There was no one here who didn’t have her as a teacher, didn’t get a tribute from her, or didn’t see her at one of their meetings or events.

Fallon left the House voluntarily in 2006 to spend more time wither her family.
