Social media policy up for debate in Dover

Dover City Council could consider implementing a new social media policy for city workers at its meeting tonight.
 The policy would prohibit workers from using social media while on duty, and would ban workers from posting disparaging comments about their co-workers, bosses or city officials even when off the job.  The ACLU is advising the city not to restrict workers rights to free speech.
