SEPTA regional rails running again, some roads still closed

SEPTA’s regional rails are running again for the morning commute.

Workers labored for hours to shore up the ground and gravel underneath some lines on Thursday.  Rain and flooding partially washed away the footings, making it unsafe for trains to travel.

Lincoln and Kelly Drives are still blocked.  Martin Luther King drive is open.
