Senate win
The head of the Delaware State Senate will remain in power after an 11-5 vote today. Incumbent State Sen. Anthony DeLuca defeated Sen. Michael Katz in the vote.
Newark-based DeLuca faced criticism recently, as the Associated Press reports, for renovating his office and delaying a vote to establish a scholarship program the Delaware State University.
