Sea Witch festival scares up fun at Delaware beaches

Thousands turned for a warm weekend of celebrating ghouls and goblins at the annual Sea Witch Halloween Festival in Rehoboth.

From a costume parade and hayrides to trick-or-treating and a 5K race the annual Sea Witch festival has it all. Since 1990, the event has helped extend the beach tourism season and draw thousands and thousands of onlookers to Rehoboth. The weather could not have been more cooperative with warm temperatures and clear skies.
