Road warrior outlook for weekend of March 17-18

Weekend construction and delays for northwest Philadelphia and commutes

St. Patrick’s festivities will no doubt be in full swing this partly sunny weekend, but before you head down to Paddy’s Pub, there are a few travel adjustments you might want to make.

There are no major road construction projects planned for this weekend in Northwest Philadelphia. In addition, SEPTA is not anticipating any delays at this time.

Road repairs continue on W. Allens Lane in Mt. Airy. The Water Department indicates that W. Allens Lane remains closed between Wissahickon and Wayne Avenues. Wissahickon Avenue is closed between Mt. Airy Avenue and Allens Lane.
