Rick Loughery’s Chesco win makes him one of the youngest county officials in the state

There’s some new blood in Chester County, and it’s young, too.

Newly elected Recorder of Deeds Rick Loughery is a mere 27, making him one of the youngest county officials in the state. The Phoenixville resident won Tuesday’s election with 58 percent of the vote, Phoenixville Patch reports, after campaigning for better security of public data and the use of e-recording.

Loughery is the youngest recorder of deeds in the state.
