Purdue helps Food Bank expand downstate
The Food Bank’s expansion effort in Milford gets a $60,000 boost from Perdue this afternoon.
Funded by the Arthur W. Perdue Foundation, Perdue leaders will present the grant to the Food Bank at their Milford branch. The money will fund part of the $2.3 million effort to double the space of the Food Bank’s facility. It will also create a location for job training through its culinary school for residents in Kent and Sussex County.
