Poll finds MTV show has positive effect Jersey Shore’s image

MTV’s Jersey Shore show isn’t wreacking the havoc on the vacation destination that many have suggested it does.

A poll out of Farleigh-Dickinson University suggests the show is even boosting the Shore’s profile.

“People who have seen the show, and are reminded of the show, are 25 percent more likely than everyone else to say they have a favorable view of New Jersey,” FDU’s Peter Woolley told NewsWorks’ Monika Zaleska.
