Police search for Roxborough robbery suspect
Philadelphia Police are asking for help in identifying the suspect in the robbery of a Ridge Avenue bank on Tuesday.
Police say an unknown male entered the Continental Bank at 7133 Ridge Avenue just after 4 p.m. and handed the bank teller a demand note requesting money. The teller gave the suspect $1,348 in cash. The suspect left the bank and was last seen eastbound on Domino Lane.
The suspect is described as a 5’10”, white male between the ages of 25 and 30 with a thin build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a red Phillies baseball hat, jeans and gray nike track sneakers.
