Police, mother look for driver in Frankford hit-and-run

Police are still looking for the driver who fled the scene after striking a 4-year-old boy in Frankford.

Carl Russ is now recovering from facial surgery. He was struck when he broke free of his father’s grasp and ran out onto Pratt Street on his way to school.

His mother described his injuries to Actions News, which include eight stitches and three pulled teeth.

Police are searching for the 2004 silver Lincoln Town Car, which they believe has a license plate starting with the letters “LM.”
