The body of a woman found in the parking lot of a New Castle shopping center has been identified as Kimberly Quade, 23, of Dover.

New Castle Police say Quade’s body was found Tuesday morning between a BJs store and a Farmer’s Market in the Airport Plaza shopping center off Du Pont Highway in New Castle.

On Tuesday, Senior Lt. Adam Brams of the New Castle Police Department said an employee of one of the stores in the shopping center discovered the body and called 911.

Brams said Tuesday police were reviewing video surveillance that was taken from nearby businesses, and that the police department was “fairly certain” the body was dumped in the area.
