A tranquil weekend is ahead at the Jersey Shore.

A high pressure system will be responsible for the pleasant weather. Sunny skies will prevail all weekend.

High temperatures will reach around 60 degrees both days, which is above normal.

The only minor wrinkle is the potential for some cloud over tonight as a weak cold front passes through the region. Overnight lows will drop down to the upper 40s.
