In its newly released 2016 Strategic Plan, the Philadelphia Land Bank looks at how well it has met its goals to date, and establishes a new set for the coming year.

“Our goal this year was to move the Land Bank from set-up into operations,” explains Anne Fadullon, director of the city’s Office of Planning and Development.

Looking ahead, the priorities include affordable housing, so-called workforce housing for middle income families, community gardens and green spaces, and business expansion. Fadullon spoke with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller.
