Parkway Council seeks public opinion about Eakins Oval redesign
The Parkway Council is reaching out to the public with an online survey to study the potential reconfiguration of roads and sidewalks at Eakins Oval in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and at 25th and Pennsylvania Ave. The project is intended to develop designs for the Parkway to increase walking safety, calm traffic and improve bike paths.
