Paramedics bring home the gold
A group of county paramedics are bringing home the gold after winning first place in the 2011 Journey of Emergency Medical Service Games in Baltimore.
The Sussex County Paramedics competed in tests of patient care, treatment, transportation and handling hazardous materials. More than a dozen teams from as far away as Australia competed in the event. Sussex County also won the gold in 2006.
