If you are planning on heading to the Mummer’s Parade tomorrow check out this handy tip sheet WHYY reporter Jen Howard put together for the New Year’s Day tradition.

What’s the rush? The parade starts a little later this year – 10 a.m. and lasts all day. So, unless you want a prime viewing spot, you’ll get to nurse those New Year’s Eve hangovers a bit.
There will be six spots to see the performances. Catch the brigades on Broad Street at Shunk, Wolf, Washington, Pine, Sansom, and Market Street.
Lastly so you won’t miss your favorite Mummers, the Philadelphia Daily News created this helpful interactive map of the parade route and order of the marching brigades.
