Officials to review Atlantic City mayor ballots

Officials are set to review provisional ballots that could conceivably affect the outcome of the Atlantic City mayoral election.

Republican Don Guardian ousted longtime Democratic incumbent Lorenzo Langford during last Tuesday’s election.Guardian leads with 347 votes, but 518 provisional ballots need to be counted.

The ballots include 346 votes cast by Democrats, 31 by Republicans and 141 by unaffiliated and third-party voters.
