NewsWorks to host NW Philly happy hour in honor of you, our readers
NewsWorks is hosting a community happy hour in Northwest Philadelphia this month and you’re invited!
Why come? It’s an opportunity for you to mingle with Northwest Philadelphia’s community leaders and neighbors, as well as the NewsWorks reporters and editors who cover the stories that matter in Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, Germantown, West Oak Lane, Chestnut Hill and Mt. Airy. Feel free to come by to pitch a story or learn more about the stories we are working on.
The event will be held on Thursday, April 18, at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Chestnut Hill from 5 to 7 p.m.
Guests will get a chance to win raffle baskets donated by neighborhood businesses. An added bonus: If you stop by our NewsWorks table on your way in, your first drink (or small appetizer) is on us!
