Montgomery County judge assumes lead at statewide organization

Elected last year by judges around the state, Montgomery County Judge Thomas DelRicci is now the president of the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges.

DelRicci begins a one year term, and kicked it off with a call to the state’s judges to send a letter of gratitude to every juror who serves in their courtrooms, as the Norristown Times-Herald reports.

The county judge is also hoping for more communication among the state’s judges, and hopes to accomplish that with an internal website.

DelRicci became a county judge in 1998.
