Missing man could be in our area
Action News has reported a missing 56-year-old man in the Northeast. Although Elpidio Martinez actually resides outside the Northeast, he lives close by and may need your help.
Martinez was last seen Tuesday outside his home at Roosevelt Boulevard and F Street. He is a Hispanic male with a light complexion, is 5’8, 200 pounds, has a muscular build, green eyes, gray hair and is missing his front teeth. Martinez has bipolar disorder, and also has several tattoos.
