Lottery ticket sold at West Oak Lane 7-Eleven hits a $330,000 jackpot
No one has come forward to claim a jackpot-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 ticket worth $330,213.50 that was sold at a West Oak Lane convenience store.
The winning ticket in Saturday night’s drawing was sold at the 7-Eleven located at 1820 Stenton Ave. It is the second big winner in Northwest Philadelphia during April, topping the $250,000 prize from a Mega Millions ticket sold at an East Germantown beer distributor.
Marty Abouras, who is manager of the 7-Eleven location, told NewsWorks on Monday that it is the largest prize he can remember at the store.
“Of course I hope for my customers to win,” said Abouras. “We’ve never had win this big.”
The April 21 drawing winner correctly matched all five balls in the sequence: 16-23-29-30-33.
Lottery officials cannot confirm the identity of the winner until the person comes forward and the ticket is validated. All Cash 5 winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
For selling the winning ticket, Abouras will receive a $500 bonus.
