Library of Congress exhibit on display in Dover

Library of Congress ‘travels’ to Dover.

The Library’s Gateway to Knowledge traveling exhibition will set up outside Legislative Hall Friday and Saturday. The exhibit offers museum-style displays outlining the history of the library, including Thomas Jefferson’s efforts to re-establish the facility after the U.S. Capitol was burned in 1814.

The exhibit is free and open to the public from 10 am to 6 pm.
