Guilty verdicts for father and two others in death of Danieal Kelly

Three more people have been found guilty in connection with the starvation death of 14 year old Danieal Kelly.

Kelly had cerebral palsy and weighed just 42 pounds when she died in Philadelphia in 2006.

Her father Daniel Kelly has been convicted of child endangerment.  Social worker Dana Poindexter and supervisor Mickal Kamuvaka were found guilty of several changes related to failing to check in on the teen and falsifying records to cover up that the social worker was not visiting the home.

Her mother Andrea Kelly is serving a 20 to 40 year sentence after pleading guilty to third degree murder charges.
