Kelly Drive closed Saturday for Dragon Boat Festival

Kelly Drive will be closed between Strawberry Mansion Bridge and Fountain Green Drive on Saturday for the Philadelphia International Dragon Boat Festival.
The 1.3-mile stretch of Kelly Drive will close at 5 a.m. at reopen around 8 p.m., according to police.
Details of the detours are as follows:
“Southbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured up the Strawberry Mansion ramp to Fountain Green Drive, via Reservoir Drive.
“Northbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured up Foumtain Green Drive, along the same route.
“Sufficient detour signs will be posted along the detour routes. Delays will be minimal.”
