Iron Hill Brewery opens in Chestnut Hill
The Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant opened in Chestnut Hill on Wednesday at 5 p.m. There was a ceremonial opening at 4 p.m. with the Iron Hill’s founders Kevin Finn, Kevin Davies and Mark Edelson and Councilman Bill Green (Chestnut Hill resident) and District Councilwoman Cindy Bass. This was Bass’ first public event in the District as a Councilwoman. NewsWorks will have a full story tomorrow morning.
The Iron Hill in Chestnut Hill at 8400 Germantown Avenue is the ninth Iron Hill brewery. The other eight locations are: West Chester, Media, Lancaster, North Wales and Phoenixville, PA; Newark and Wilmington, DE; and Maple Shade, NJ.
