Imhotep pep rally cheers on girls basketball team, student scholars [gallery]
On Friday afternoon, students at East Germantown’s Imhotep Institute Charter High School held a pep rally with a dual focus.
As with many high-school pep rallies, sports were part of it.
The highly touted Imhotep Panthers girls basketball team (22-2) faces off against Neumann Goretti for the PIAA AA championship, 2 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Prep.
But they weren’t the lone people receiving cheers.
So, too, did “the school’s ‘testing warriors’ preparing for the Keystone Exams.”
