Ignite Newark takes the stage tonight
Hotel plays host to Ignite Newark III networking event tonight.
The Newark Courtyard at the University of Delaware is the site for an event for local professionals to get together, meet new people, and maybe even learn something. The night consists of a series of five minute presentations via Power Point. Presenters get 20 slides which automatically transition every 20 seconds. They are challenged to be interesting and entertaining in their presentation, but also to keep it moving.
Admission is free, but those attending are asked to bring a donation for Exceptional Care for Children to support the expansion of their facility for children with special medical needs.
The event runs from 5 to 8 p.m.
