Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams says Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Justin Ford is accused of taking $200 from an undercover officer. They targeted Ford after he was suspected of stealing money from others as they were being deported.

“Their spider senses were tingling when it came to Justin Ford and they had reason to believe this was not his first time that others had claimed to be missing money after he had transported them,” Williams said.

Williams says the amount of the money stolen was surprising.

“It just seems idiotic that  when there was $2,000 there [he would] take 200 of it,” he said.

After being arrested and told he was holding marked money, Williams says Ford broke down and confessed to other crimes.
