Hugs and kisses from Philly

    We have all seen the “With Love, Philly XOXO” billboards and commercials, but this month the hugs and kisses symbols are plastered around Penn Station in New York City hoping that the millions of commuters who pass through the hub each day just might decide to give Philadelphia a visit.

    Sure the ad campaign is catchy, but will it really attract tourist to Philly?
