Homicide at Frankford bar
A Southwest Philadelphia man was killed early Sunday morning outside a bar in Frankford.
George Williams, 24, was shot just before 2 a.m. while he was outside the Platinum Sports Bar on the 4100-block of Torresdale Avenue. Police found Williams in the street, and he was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Further information about the shooting has not been released.
