Hearts and Minds Film Festival
The Hearts and Minds Film Fesitval arrives in Wilmington today and tomorrow.
The 6th annual film festival starts tonight at six and continues Saturday at 11 AM at the Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts. The festival features socially-focused films from across the country and around the world. All-festival passes are available for $8.
