Construction on Green Lane
Philadelphia Water Department crews are replacing the water and sewer mains on Green Lane in Manayunk. As a result of the construction, Green Lane, between Main Street and Manayunk Avenue are closed to traffic during construction working hours of Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The street will open back up to traffic before and after the construction working hours and on weekends. Access is being provided to local residents and merchants on Green Lane. The construction is scheduled to be completed on or around Nov. 10, 2011.
