Gov. Markell calls today “Purple Day”

Today is “Purple Day” according to a proclamation issued by Governor Markell.

The proclamation from Markell is an effort to spotlight Epilepsy Awareness Month.  The U.S. National Library of Medicine defines epilepsy as “a brain disorder involving repeated, spontaneous seizures of any type.”  Click here for more information from the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware.
