Gov. Markell calls today “Purple Day”

The proclamation from Markell is an effort to spotlight Epilepsy Awareness Month.  The U.S. National Library of Medicine defines epilepsy as “a brain disorder involving repeated, spontaneous seizures of any type.”  Click here for more information from the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware.
