Roxborough man arrested for multiple Ridge Ave. burglaries

Philadelphia Police have arrested a man they say is connected to six recent burglaries along Ridge Avenue in Roxborough.

Michael Giordano, 23, of Mitchell St., was arrested on Feb. 26 after a witness gave his description as a suspect in the burglary of Barry’s Steaks on Leverington Avenue earlier that day.

After an investigation, Giordano was identified as the suspect in this burglary and the early-morning Feb. 8 burglary of Dream House Asian Bistro on Ridge Avenue.

In that incident, police say Giordano took blank checks, $20 in loose change and a pack of cigarettes.
