Center in the Park invites you to its “Beat Holiday Blues” Workshop.
The holidays can be a time of celebration, but organizers say sometimes they can also be a time that have you thinking about losses and challenges.
The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, December 8 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Center in the Park. Bereavement counselor and former CIP Beat the Blues interventionist Barbara Bruce will lead the workshop.
