This Saturday, support Philadelphia’s finest by attending the Fourth Annual Peacekeepers Appreciation Day from 12-6 p.m.
The day is a collaboration between the Northwest Community Coalition for Youth (NCCY, 14th and 15th Police District, and the United Block Captains Association.
The event will be held at Awbury Recreation Center located at the corner of Ardleigh and Haines Streets.
Peacekeepers and one guest eat for free. General admission is $10 per person, but children under the age of five eat for free.
The proceeds will be donated to the Fraternal Order of Police’s Hero Survivor Fund. S For more information, call (215) 908-3923
