Police, fire and PGW crews are on Cottman Avenue between Leon Street and Frankford Avenue where a gas leak has been reported.
The Inquirer reports about two dozen people have been evacuated from their homes. Nearby businesses on Frankford Avenue remained open. Crews were called out around 4:30, and were still on the scene as of 8 p.m.
