Gang investigators conference in Rehoboth
Wilmington’s top cop will be in Rehoboth Beach to talk at a gang investigators conference. Wilmington Police Chief Michael Szczerba will deliver the opening remarks for the 13th annual East Coast Gang Investigators Association conference at the Atlantic Sands Hotel in Rehoboth. About 250 law enforcement officers from around the region are expected to attend. State Police Superintendent Colonel Coupe and other local law enforcement leaders are expected to take part.
