Even the cops got hugs, as Philadelphia Eagles fans jubilantly flocked to City Hall and Broad Street to celebrate the Birds win over the New England Patriots. They chanted, blew air horns, and climbed poles in celebration. Traffic wasn’t moving, but no one cared, and pedestrians offered beers to passengers.
