A one-week delay didn’t appear to impact attendance at The Chestnut Hill Fall for the Arts Festival on Sunday.

Couples, children and families roamed seven closed off blocks of Germantown Avenue throughout an unseasonably warm afternoon. More than 150 artists from Philadelphia and beyond displayed their work along the commercial corridor as food vendors offered up delicacies and local bands provided an open-air soundtrack.

The event, held to welcome the arrival of fall, was originally scheduled for Oct. 7, but had to be rescheduled due to rain.
