DUI tree adds both red and green bulbs

Two red bulbs and 28 green bulbs added to DUI Victims Trees to mark two deaths and 28 injuries caused by drunk driving so far this holiday season.The trees have been an annual tradition for the State Office of Highway Safety to highlight the dangers of drinking and driving.  The trees are located at Beebe Hospital, Kent General Hospital, A.I. Dupont Hospital, Dover Downs, and online at www.DUIRealTime.com/SafeHolidays.  Red bulbs are added for DUI deaths and green bulbs are added for injuries in alcohol related accidents.  Bulbs will be added from November 21 through New Year’s.
