Dover Fire Dept. to get new leader

The Dover Fire Department will soon be under new management.  
Jack Fortney who has been a volunteer firefighter since 1995 will be sworn in as chief on December 31.  Fortney is a 16-year veteran with the Dover Police Department.  Fortney says his biggest challenge as chief will be to increase the number of volunteers.
