Dover building renamed for Cordrey

Former State Senate President Pro Tempore and Secretary of Finance Richard Cordrey will be honored in Dover with a building named after him.Governor Jack Markell will join Secretary of Agriculture and other state leaders in dedicating the Department of Agriculture’s main administration building and renaming it the Richard S. Cordrey Building.  Cordrey led the state Senate as Pro Tem. from 1977 to 1996, making him the longest serving Pro-Tem. in state history.
